The Museum of the University of St Andrews displays to the public some of the treasures from the University’s collection but also has a wonderful a viewing terrace with panoramic views over St Andrews Bay. Free entry.
There’s a keen focus on beef, game and pork from the estate, with a well-stocked meat and deli counter, with plenty of evidence of farm sourcing on the café menu. The shop is a showcase for local and countrywide Scottish produce.
Nestled on St Andrews’ dramatic north facing cliffs, with stunning views of the famous west sands. Step through their doors and be transported into an underwater world of adventure and discovery.
The museum is situated in a Victorian mansion within the grounds of Kinburn Park. The long-term display, St Andrews A-Z, tells the story of the history of St Andrews through star objects and images from the Museum’s collections. Free entry.
A walking tour with a difference, gives you the history of St Andrews but takes you down some of the lanes of St Andrews many tours, don’t visit. Fergus has a wonderful knowledge of the local fauna and flora often growing in unusual places on the walk.
